Mary Scrim DyreMARY SCRIM DYRE has developed a broad commercial practice since her graduation from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1984 where she received the Order of the Coif distinction.

Her practice expertise includes the operational and compliance aspects of banking, secured lending, real estate and business transactions.

Ms. Dyre periodically lectures on Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, as well as on the particulars of secured agricultural lending. She has served in the capacity of Montana counsel to financial technology provider, Finastra USA Corporation and its predecessors since 1988.
